Shipping

We ship via the US Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). 

We offer free ground shipping for orders of 100.00 or more. 

For orders under 100.00, and for upgraded services, you pay the actual cost for the service you select.

Orders placed before 12:00 will ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number for your order upon shipping.

Special Shipping instructions

If you require a different shipper, signature confirmation, or shipping to multiple addresses, please call the store at (830)383-1198 from 10:00 - 5:30 Central Time or email us at sales@marsilverjewelry.com. We are happy to provide pricing and a custom invoice including these services.

Packaging

Our standard packaging includes:

• Each item in its own clear plastic zipper bag with anti-tarnish paper and its own small white gift box
• Complimentary small cleaning cloth for the order

Please add a note at checkout under “Special instructions for the seller” if you would like:

• Cloth bags instead of boxes
• Cloth bags in addition to boxes
• Minimal use of plastic zipper bags
• All the items in one box, instead of boxed individually
• Any other special instructions

Free Gift Wrapping

Free gift wrapping is available for any purchase on request. 

You can choose “floral,” “winter holiday,” or “gender neutral” ( which will be gold or black and white abstract patterns).

Please put your request for gift wrapping in the “Special instructions for the seller" section of the shopping cart, or "order" gift wrapping here.

Include which items you would like boxed and wrapped together, if ordering multiple items.

We also can send the papers for you to wrap at home if you would like to inspect your order prior to gifting.
