Simple repairs are $35.00 + materials, if needed. Common examples of such repairs are:

• Repair or replace chain clasp
• Upgrade clasp to a larger size, or magnetic clasp
• Repair or replace earring hook or post
• Repair or replace pendant bale
• Add a safety chain to a bracelet
  

More complex repairs start at $70.00 + materials, if needed. These include jobs such as:

• Rebuild broken beadwork (i.e. squash blossom necklaces)
• Ring resizing
• Remove surface scratches and refinish
• Repairs that require torch soldering 
• Replace stones that have fallen out, even if you have lost the stone

Each repair is unique. When you bring in your item for repair, we will assess if it qualifies as a simple repair or if it is more complex. For complex repairs, we will quote you for the repair (starting at $70.00) and give a timeline for completion. We repair all qualities of jewelry, from fine gold to base metals. We stock a large range of sterling silver findings, if the job requires gold findings or stones, we will special order them for your job. You can use the button above to schedule a repair appointment, though appointments are not necessary.  Please note repair hours are different from store hours.  We generally do repairs from 8:30 to 3:00 on weekdays, not including holidays. Please consult the scheduler above to see repair hour availability for the next 10 days. Outside of these hours, we can accept repairs and call you when they are completed, often the next business day.
