We can replace most watch batteries, usually while you wait. Please see the scheduler application button above  for battery servicing times available in the next 10 days and to reserve your time for watch service (appointments are optional).  Outside of those hours, we will take your watch and call you when it is ready, usually the next business day.  Please note watch repair hours are not the same as store hours.  Generally, we service watches from 8:30 to 3:00 weekdays, not including holidays.  Watches brought in outside these service hours will usually be ready the next business day.  Turn around times may vary, based on factors such as battery availability.  We also can remove watch bracelet links, and special order new watch bracelets or straps to install on your watch. We are not authorized by any manufacturers and do not work with proprietary tool systems, such as Rolex's. We do not accept watches with replacement value of more than $300.00
