We are not authorized by any manufacturers and do not work with proprietary tool systems, such as Rolex's. When you bring in your item for repair, we will assess if it qualifies as a simple repair or if it is more complex. For complex repairs, we will quote you for the repair (starting at $70.00) and give a timeline for completion. We repair all qualities of jewelry, from fine gold to base metals. We stock a large range of sterling silver findings, if the job requires gold findings or stones, we will special order them for your job.
